"We booked this house, flew to Palm Springs and had no where to stay. We had to book a hotel at the last minute and were left stranded. We messaged the host multiple times before the trip with no response. We called to speak with them when security would not let us in the gate. They hung up on us saying they would call us back. Do not book this house. It was a nightmare. We ended up staying at the Marriot villas a mile or so away. They treated us well and it was very comfortable."

"This is a nice condo in a great location very close to Old Town. You can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, and amenities. The condo is clean with a comfortable bed, nice linens, and plenty of room for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and serve meals. There is lots of parking out front. There is a pool and hot tub very close as well. The only drawback is there is limited space outdoors to sit in the sun. The complex has green space for pets and children and there...

"My 3 girlfriends and I were excited to spend a week in Palm Desert at the Crocus Lane property. We were impressed by how spacious and accommodating the floor plan is, particularly since we are 4 adult women. There are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit...all en suite...with a double sink in the primary bedroom. This made our stay very comfortable! Unfortunately, the L.A. Wildfires happened during our stay, and 2 of my friends had family members who were directly impacted. We left a day early....
