Stunning views from this property perched up on a hillside overlooking the Bay of Cannes and the city of Cannes in the distance. Excellent communication and seemless check in with our very welcoming host, Amandene, who walked us through the property to ensure we knew how to make the most of it. We are a family of five and had plenty of room, though we wanted to spend as much time on the patio soaking up the sun and the view, Just minutes from beautiful beaches, many of them sandy, and the charming village of Theoule-sur-Mer, where we had a terrific meal at La Coup Fourchette. I would gladly book this villa again should we return to Theoule.

Ce fut une vacances et une villa impeccable à couper le souffle !
Cette villa à Théoules -sur -mer fut un coup de coeur! Premièrement une vue sur la baie de Cannes et sur l'Estérel la couper le souffle! Domaine très sécurusé et alentours propices à de belles randonnées et longues marches ! Située juste à deux maisons du Palais Bulles de Pierre Cardin que nous avons eu l'énorme chance de le visiter lors d'une soirée organisée par l'agence Christies de Londres. Exceptionnel! Toutes les commodités de la villa sont parfaites! La piscine , extérieure est parfaite, le parking, les différentes terrasses avec aussi un BBQ avec beaucoup de soleil et permet de déguster tous nos repas à l'extérieur en contemplant cette vue indescriptible ! La cuisine à tout ce qui est nécessairement beaucoup d'espace pour préparer les repas! Les chambres a coucher très confortables dont deux attenantes à une magnifique terasse et aucun bruit! Avec les stores coupe-chaleur et soleil! Tout reste à la fraîcheur et la nuit aucun bruit et tout est noir su vous le voulez! Alors repos garanti ! Tie petit village de Théoles Sur Mer a une épicerie soir le Casino et à Napouke-Mandelieu le Geant Casino (hypermarché) ! Nous avons aussi trouvé in SPAR a Aguay en vous rendant dans le Var vers les plages en direction de St- Raphael ! Très bien situé pour visiter la Côte d'Azur de la région des Alpes Maritimes et du Var ! Avons visité les grandes villes Cannes, Nice , Monaco ,Monte-Carlo ! Par la suite nous avons visité, les Loups de la Tourette, St-Paul de Vence , Biot ! Magnifiques villages a découvrir! Un merci special à Amandine qui nous a reçu et nous a donné d'excellentes explications et recommandations pour notre séjour en nous indiquant qu'il serait très judicieux d'admirer les feux d'artifices de Cannes et d'Antibes de notre balcon! Merci à toi Amandine pour ce conseil et aussi pour l'invitation de Frédéric et de sa femme Laurence avec ses petits Armand et Victoire de nous avoir invité à contempler ensemble ces beaux feux d'artifices dont nous nous souviendrons toujours que nous avons été très chanceux et bénis de ne pas être allé sur la promenade des Anglais ce soir là du 14 juillet 2016 ! Nous avons des souvenirs merveilleux de cette vacances à Théoules Sur mer et espérons revenir un jour afin de se reposer et de contempler cette merveilleuse région Azurée !

Nous avons été enchantés de passer deux semaines dans cette maison agréable depuis l’entrée jusqu’à la terrasse ou l’on ne se lasse pas de la vue. Bonne literie. We stayed in this beautiful house for a week and every time we saw the views, it took our breath away..what a privilege it was to have been able to vacation in this house and neighbourhood, right next door to the Bulles Palace, gorgeous walks in the neighborhood and the house was so well taken care of, it had everything you need to enjoy your holiday! Amandine was such a kind host welcoming us,helping us and she was so sweet to our dogs! We are already dreaming of coming back..such a beautiful breathtaking place!!!

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist insgesamt recht klein, aber für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend, jedes der Kinder hatte sogar ein eigenes Zimmer. Die Lage und der Ausblick von Terrasse und den beiden großen Schlafzimmern sind ein absoluter Traum ....Postkartenmotiv. Sonnenaufgang auf keinen Fall verpassen! Amandine hat uns einen so netten Empfang bereitet, alles erklärt, super Tipps gegeben und mir sogar am Ende mein vergessenes Tablet hinterher gesand...nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel mehr zu sagen : Bilder und Beschreibung geben die Sache genau wieder. Es ist alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, inklusive zahlreiche lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in der nahen Umgebung. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Un maison agréable dont l’atout principal demeure la vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Cannes et les îles,seul petit bémol l’absence de vraie salle à manger quand on est nombreux.Nous sommes venus un peu tôt en saison ,la piscine n’était donc pas chauffée.Attention à ne rien oublier au moment de faire les courses et le séjour sera parfait..Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Très bon séjour en famille pendant les vacances de la toussaint, tout est conforme à l'annonce: maison très spacieuse, lumineuse avec toutes les baies vitrées, bien décorée, propre à l'arrivée, équipements de qualité (il ne manque vraiment rien, c'est presque "comme à la maison") et bien sur magnifique vue sur la baie.
