Theoule Sur Mer is widely considered one of the most beautiful spots in the South of France, tucked in a small inlet along the Esterel mountains. Set against this iconic backdrop, this French Riviera property is just a few minutes’ walk from the town’s port and offers stunning views across the bay from its several terraces.

Inside, the Provencal style villa offers 1400 Sq feet of light filled living space with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 guests.

The waterfront villa is laid out over three levels. The kitchen is on the ground floor with a large terrace area and pool, panoramic views of the bay of Cannes, Lerins islands and the Cap d’Antibes. The first floor has a living area and a double bedroom and bathroom. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms both with panoramic views. One is a master ensuite and the other has two sets of generous size bunks beds, with an ensuite.

Another lower terrace, perfect for sun lounging offers superb views of the golden sandy beach with turquoise water, and the added bonus of hearing the gentle waves roll in.

The lower garden gate leads to a pathway that takes you to the beach, which boasts its own beach club and restaurant.

Theoule sur Mer is the ultimate spot for those are looking to escape the crowds on the Cote d’Azur, and yet within 9 km from the centre of Cannes.

The views are amazing the hosts were very attentive. The place was great there were some minor issues that came up but the host worked as quickly as he could to get them fixed.

Dream Week in Theoule
Our first visit to the French Riviera was made all the more perfect by the panoramic views offered by our lovely villa. Winding staircase shaded by a towering fig tree in bloom leads you down to a three-story terracota hidden gem. Native foilage adds both to the natural beauty and welcomed privacy for any visitor. Location is perfect for a 15 minute walk down Blvd Cor D'Or to town center, or a climb down to the private beach (for the intermediate hiker) below. The villa is perfect for families or several couples willing to share accomodations with ease and comfort! We truly felt like home and the best part was jumping in the pool after a full day in the sun! We will definitely return for future visits!
