"First time to stay at an AmericInn. Only complaint was a lack of breakfast items even though it was not a big demand. Eggs, link sausage and bananas were not available as previous morning. Also coffee lids or wraps. Not sure why. "

"We loved our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for us, clean, and well equipped. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. We loved that it was out of the way and quiet but close enough to take advantage of Branson attractions. We also loved the park right next door and walked there a couple of the days during our visit. "This property is exactly as advertised! Had a group of 14 guys here for a business trip and some Branson fun thrown in. All the amenities of the house were perfect and house was super clean. We used the firepit and grill numerous times and with one simple text to the property manager they had fresh propane tanks there quickly. Would definitely look to go back here with a large group again. Only "negative" I would say is the extra beds in all the rooms are futon's so not the most comfortable for the ones not lucky enough to get the king beds. All-in-all this place is awesome!"
