This charming perigord on the hillside welcomes you in the heart of the Black Perigord to spend holidays in peace and enjoy many nearby tourist attractions including the famous caves of Lascaux 10 minutes. The towns of Sarlat, Périgueux, Brive la Gaillarde are located at about 30 minutes. The possibilities of outings are many: visits of many castles, equestrian centers, ballades in canoe, hikes.
Come relax by the sunny swimming pool from morning to evening, not overlooked and enjoy a park. You will find a lake for fishing and its tavern, which offers concert evenings, a supermarket and many shops in the small village of Thenon and its gourmet markets of local producers: foie gras, confit, grilled carcasses ...

Ultiem genieten
Bij aankomst voelden wij direct dat het een geweldige vakantie zou worden. Het is een hele mooie relaxte plek, fantastische tuin en heel fijn zwembad. Uitzicht is super. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren die tijdens ons verblijf goed bereikbaar waren voor vragen. Ook hebben ze ons verwend met kleine traktaties afkomstig uit de regio. De accommodatie ligt ook binnen een uur rijden van de belangrijke bezienswaardigheden

Superbe villa au calme
Merci à Corinne et à Alain pour ce séjour, la maison est spacieuse, propre, tout le nécessaire y est, la piscine est grande . La vue sur la vallée est a couper le souffle , et l'environnement est très calme, je recommande si vous voulez vous reposez entre amis ou en famille!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en Dordogne. La piscine est magnifique et très bien entretenue, la vue sur la vallée est juste imprenable. L’intérieur de la maison est plus ancienne mais correspond à la description de l’annonce et était propre. Les hôtes étaient super sympa et au petit soin ☺️ Pour les visites, nous recommandons le marché de sarlat les caneda

Amazing holiday, amazing house.
Alain and Corrine welcomed us and could not have been more lovely. The house is incredible, with the outside space being the shining star. We had so much fun in the pool, which was meticulously maintained by Alain early every morning. We ate every meal on the beautiful terrace and the children loved the table tennis table too. The house is in a very small hamlet but within easy reach of 2 towns, both with supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries. The Vezere River was a 10 minute drive away in Montignac-Lascaux, whilst many other beautiful places and child friendly activities were all within an hours drive at most. We couldn't fault the property, it was truly very special. Thank you Alain and Corrine for a wonderful stay x

Superbe séjour perigourdin !
Nous avons loué cette propriété avec des amis et avons passé un très agréable séjour. La location est très bien située. Elle offre une vue magnifique sur la campagne et comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances : grande piscine, barbecue, table de ping-pong, pool house. La disposition de la maison est très bien conçue. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et l'accueil des propriétaires Alain et Corinne qui nous ont fait découvrir les spécialités et donné quelques bonnes adresses (nous enfants nous parlent encore de l'auberge du Grand Coderc !). Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Si vous êtes séduits par les photos vous le serez encore plus en découvrant cette location. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée (rien ne manque), l'extérieur est juste magnifique: jardin bien entretenu, piscine très agréable et propre, de belles terrasses..., le tout sans vis à vis avec une superbe vue... et cerise sur le gâteau des hôtes très sympathiques. Perfect place!
As others have said already, this is an absolute gem of a place. A beautiful house, with comfortable beds, two lovely bathrooms and a spectacular setting, overlooking a gorgeous Dordogne valley all make for a brilliant stay. The outside is just to die for! A tremendous pool, cleaned meticulously by the owners, who live next door, and who are there to help you if needed, but also leave you in peace, all adds up to a place that you are not going to want to leave in a hurry. We loved it here and would gladly return! Thank you Alain and Corinne.

Une maison parfaite
Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette superbe maison à 5 adultes et 4 enfants (dont 2 bébés). Piscine, barbecue, pool house, cuisine, vue dégagée sur la vallée, confort et propreté de la maison... Tout était parfait et c'était sans compter sur la gentillesse, la discrétion et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Une maison où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Corinne et Alain qui sont adorables !! Présents mais discrets, ils sont toujours là si besoin. Enfin une location avec de la vaisselle en nombre !! De plus, on ne se marche pas sur les pieds car la location est bien agencée et spacieuse. Et que dire de la belle et grande piscine dont nous avons largement profitée ! Bref, un bien beau séjour et une maison où nous aimerons retourner lorsque nous reviendrons en Dordogne.

Notre semaine s'est merveilleusement passée dans la maison de Corinne et Alain! Apres un accueil très chaleureux, disponibles avant lheure prévue, Corinne et Alain ont été à l'écoute de nos questions et toujours disponibles pour nous répondre ! Tout en étant discrets, ils nous ont aidé pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. La maison est très bien équipée, l'espace permet de cohabiter tres facilement à 7! Maison de rêve au cœur du Périgord noir
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la belle maison de Corinne et Alain. Magnifique panorama au cœur de la campagne périgourdine à 15 mn des grottes de Lascaux et 30 mn de Sarlat. La maison de famille, au charme ancien préservé à l’extérieur, possède tout le confort moderne à l’intérieur, avec un équipement de qualité (piano gaz 6 feux, lave vaisselle et réfrigérateur grande capacité, vaisselle en nombre et variée, 4 lits deux places dont un électrique et 2 lits superposés, tv satellite et lecteur dvd, barbecue). La piscine est exceptionnelle (10x5m) avec solarium, pool house tempéré, 7 bains de soleil et 6 chaises relax et une vue superbe sur la vallée. Elle est parfaite pour les nageurs et Alain en assure l’entretien de manière remarquable. Les propriétaires qui habitent à côté sont très disponibles mais restent très discrets, et font le maximum pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Ils sont d'un précieux conseil pour les meilleurs restos authentiques et les marchés locaux. Corinne et Alain nous ont accueilis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans leur maison.
