"Great location within walking distance to all major sites in Lyon. Fabulous exterior. Very nice lobby and restaurant on site, with great ambiance. An excellent spa, with very attentive staff. Room service works like clockwork, better and more reliable than you'd find in any hotel. Rooms are rather basic, however; bathrooms are clean and modern, but the rest of the room feels dated and cheaply made (old carpets, cheap desks, worn out lamps, etc). One of my TVs did not work. And the gym is tiny...

"This co living space was gorgeous! Gym on site, laundry and a kitchenette with a small fridge. Front desk was very helpful and professional. I’m glad I picked this for my first stay in Alton. Definitely worth it. 10/10"

"While a little "worn around the edges", this hotel is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed comfort is very good. We discovered a good bistro down the road - the midi-minuit - which actually closes at 10:30 (bizarre given the name). Looked at Georges bistro but was overcrowded and too noisy. If you arrive late, parking is free in the street. "

"Fantastic stay with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is great - highly walkable and just a short distance from the metro, making it easy to explore further afield. I arrived two hours before the official check-in time expecting to store my bag, but was pleasantly surprised to be given immediate access to my room. Very good value for money. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Hotel Charite worked well for us. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The double room was smaller than expected from the photos. Was tight for our luggage. The Bathroom lacks some features and amenities, but works fine. Location is right next to train station but you only hear trams on occasion (we stayed just Saturday night). "

"Positive: Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet. Amazing to sleep. I found the beds very comfortable and the room was also big enough. I didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. The staff was also very nice. What I didn’t like was: I was confused about the room service.
