"While there were many positive aspects of the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa-nice facilities, great pool area for kids, and clean rooms; the entire experience was a bit stressful, particularly parking being extremely hard to find. On two occasions I had to park in the remote lot as the main parking lot (and the overflow lot were full). It’s worth mentioning Traverse City was recieving heavy snowfall on this particular weekend. "Friendly staff, clean room, felt safe "

"Staff was very friendly, room was very nice and the breakfast was good. Only complaint I would have is that it was a pretty noisy hotel as there is no carpet throughout the hotel. Staff did mention that carpet is one of the upgrades coming soon."

"Pool was lively for children. Hallways were too noisy, however. Breakfast just ok, not worth advertising. Arcade is a money pit, few of the games work and it just takes money. "
