Lovely Villa in The Villages
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home, one of the best we’ve stayed at. The big plus for us is that they accept dogs. The required security deposit was steep and if you charge it, they add 5%.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very comfortable It had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The only problem we had was with the golf cart. It was loud and sluggish, so we didn't use it. We were counting on it as a second car.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good morning: Let me start with the house is vacant. We had an emergency back home and we left on Sunday. You can clean anytime. I would like to take this opportunity to review the home for you. It is important to understand that we have owned a rental in The Villages for years and we have experience with renting. First the house is very nice. The golf cart worked great but the location is a little far from things. We like the book full of information. It was helpful. Here are some issues we dealt with for you review:When we checked in the lock code did not work. Shortly after 4:00 pm a man showed up and let us in. He put in a temp code and said he would be back on Monday. He never showed up again. I am not sure when the house was rented last but it was pretty dusty in the house. The bed sheets provided keep curling up if you moved in the bed. We did find a set of white sheets that worked better but not great. NO coffee pot. There was a K-cup machine but if you drink a lot of coffee, K-cups are a pain. We suggest you add a coffee pot. Every time I made toast the smoke detector went off. EVERY TIME. There was no smoke so it needs to be adjusted. The house could use more bath towels and wash cloths.Overall our experience was fairly positive. I think with a few adjustments it could be very nice.
