Twin beds in guest room, third bedroom is used as a den/office with a day bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combination. Indoor washer and dryer in utility room. Kitchen has a breakfast bar has seats for 3. Dining room has seats for 4. Flat top cook stove with oven. Enclosed lanai with a table to enjoy the weather or a meal at. Nice backyard with mature landscaping. Also has a screened front porch with seating and a screen on the garage door. This home is really nice and very comfortable, just waiting for you to visit. Ants, palmeto roaches, overgrown, overpriced
House was located in a great area but advertisements was over priced for house condition and listing pics were deceptive. Lister was real estate that was allegedly a “Premier Host.” House had ant problems, palmetto roaches first 3 days, all bushes/trees over grown to roofline of the house, floors left our floors black. For a VRBO listing this was unacceptable and listing the Host as, “Premier” was a joke! STAY AWAY from!
