This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom home is located in one of the most convenient neighborhoods. Pennecamp is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You are only minutes by golf cart to Fish Hawk Village Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool and many fun outdoor activities. When you are ready to do some golfing choose from many executive golf courses right nearby. If you're looking for more 're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickleball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel like you're stepping into a model home the minute you open the front door. This home boasts a bright & airy feeling with the open floor plan & vaulted ceiling.  With the open well equipped kitchen, you can still interact with guests while entertaining.  The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying time with friends or watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet & private master bath with walk in shower and his & her sinks.  Each guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV as well. Each bedroom and both baths include extra towels & linens for your use. The back yard is enclosed with more comfortable seating & a table with 4 chairs, this makes the lanai a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or entertaining new friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy live entertainment and dancing the night away!

This home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

The home we stayed in was nicely decorated and fully equipped for all your needs. Plenty of nice dish ware and high end cookware!! Very clean and well maintained property! We loved the large back yard setting! We loved the location. Short walk to neighborhood pool, 4 pickleball courts within 5 minutes, and more than enough executive golf courses to easily access. We would definitely recommend this rental!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice, beautiful Villa rental that had everything could need for a wonderful vacation in the Villages Fl. The downfall was that it was not properly cleaned for our arrival. The floors, counters and toilets were in very poor condition and not clean. I scrubbed the floors, cleaned the counters, and bleached the toilets. This was ridiculous for the 2 monthly rental money we spent. All that was done was dusting and sweeping and it was evident. The owners of this home deserve better as do the renters. The cleaning crew did not do their job!! This is a shame!

Absolutely beautiful home!
We have been here for two months and feel like we hit the lottery for our first time renting in The Villages! This property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you can think of if you like to entertain! We would definitely recommend it to our family and friends! The location, layout and amenities are exactly as described and more!
