Comfortable & Relaxing Designer 3/2 Home Away From Home!

Our beautiful designer home is a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom fully renovated home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

The home is designed to be very comfortable with all the amenities you would need as you visit The Villages.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom also has a TV with cable. The master has a large bathroom with a shower. All towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking pots and pans. There are many serving dishes, utensils, and so much more. Everything you would need if you wanted to cook while visiting with us. There is a Keurig Coffee Maker and an electric Tea Kettle. We provide some K-Cups for you. There is ample seating at the center island and in the adjacent dining room.

The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room and has seating for 6.

The living room has comfortable sofa and love seat and large screen TV with Cable. There are also games and puzzles for those rainy days. New ceiling fan and new dimmable lighting lets you light up the area as much or as little as you wish.

The front guest bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable bedding and a reading chair. There is also a piano and reading library. Blackout curtains allow you to darken the room to help you sleep better.

The guest bathroom is between the two guest rooms and has a tub/shower combo and towels, etc.

The back guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding. There is also a desk area and a clothes dresser. The room also has blackout curtains.

The enclosed back porch has a dining area and a conversation area with chairs and a sofa. Enjoy coffee or a beverage while enjoying the beautiful and peaceful back yard.

There is a garage and driveway parking and a front porch sitting area as well.

A golf cart can be added to your visit. Just let me know you want to add the golf cart and I will send info. With have a 2 & 4 seater.

Great Home
We enjoyed our stay, the home is very spacious making it a comfortable trip with family. Everything was clean and comfortable. The large enclosed lanai is a nice touch to the home, great for games and entertaining.

Perfect little getaway
Great location, very quiet neighborhood in the Marion County area of The Villages. Out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy all the area. House has a family atmosphere, very clean and pet friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

The property was exactly as it was described and was a wonderful place to stay for the week we were in The Villages visiting family. It was a 10 out of 10. But the host away above and beyond. We has some challenges getting into town and she was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs in the moment. I mean i really can’t give a high enough rating for the way that they responded. We frequent The Villages … about 4 visits a year. I will want to stay at one of Julie’s properties every single time if we can! No higher praise than that!!! Dave

Cute home in safe location. Love love the extras like coffee, bottled water, laundry detergent and some other supplies. Check out is so easy and I didn’t have to clean!!! Beautiful home. Mattresses are so comfortable. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful.

Sensational stay
We loved this home away from home. To be honest we have stayed at the villages many times and keep coming back as we really enjoy the slow pace and love for dogs. We were able to bring our dog Smokie to this home and he felt very much at ease here. The home is comfortable, well maintained and the best part: The host, Julie was fantastic. She really made an effort to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed, she even left cold waters and coffee pods for us. The lanai was so nice esp during the thunderstorms. When we come back to the villages, we will call on Julie. Seriously, one of the best neighborhoods in the villages and the neighbors were all very nice.

This is a beautiful house with everything you need for your stay. I would definitely stay here again. The furniture is comfortable, multiple dining options with a table inside & in the glassed in/screened porch. The porch was my very favorite! The host is very friendly & responds to your questions very quickly.
