Wonderful 2/2 Designer home in the Village of Ashland. This home is waiting for you to come and enjoy, with over 2000 sqft, there is plenty of space to enjoy. The open concept floor plan allows you to be in the kitchen and not miss a moment of conversation or TV show. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and sitting area, the ensuite bathroom has double sinks and walk-in shower with glass door. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and is directly across the hall from the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. The fully enclosed lanai has seating and TV, for those relaxing nights. Don’t forget to enjoy all the Villages have to offer, with 3 golf courses less than 10 minutes away, all you have to do is choose.
