"This property was very beautiful and quiet. It is right next to the beach. The property allows you to use a paddle board and a cycling boat to take out to the water which is cool. The place is not far from the island and can get to any destination quickly and without a problem. Ivor was very nice and always checked it. Thank you for a great relaxing stay. "

"This ocean front villa is nicely located in a quiet area that’s ideal for a romantic or a relaxing get away. I stayed there four nights and really enjoyed having breakfast every morning with the view of the ocean and Saint Martin. The host and building manager (Joyce) are extremely friendly and available for your convenience. I will definitely use this property next time I visit. Recommended with an A "
