"We had a great stay at the Pell! Great customer service from the whole staff! Felt like we were at our home the way everyone treated us. We loved Jesse and Mo at the Helmway Restaurant too that is connected right to the Pell."

"Hotel Viking gets high marks for their customer service. All of the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, including a refrigerator. The rooms are quiet. The valet parking was quick and there is a fee. I had an excellent time here for a 2 day stay."
