"Situated overlooking Portage and 270deg views. Had a perfectly relaxing weekend with kayaking and walking and plenty of spa time. You don't have the house to yourself which we didn't realise when we booked it. However, you don't see the owners and your little self contained room is accessible without disturbing them."

The PICK of PICTON - luxury modern apartment.
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (59)
"We sailed across from Wellington via ferry and 5minute walk went to lunch at Sesu. Then we checked into this stunning property overlooking the harbor for three nights. We took a wine tour one day and booked a taxi for fabulous lunch in a vineyard another day. We never turned on the TV-we just looked out at the harbor with our coffee a glass of wine. The unit has everything you could need.-beautifully appointed. Grocery store 5 minute walk. Fresh muffins 2 minutes away. "

Anakiwa Self-contained Bay View Apartment
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"Was a great stay in a very peaceful place. The setting is awesome with bush and sea at the doorstep ( not literally in the sea's instance!) The house was excellent, and Tanya and Shayne were available to help if I'd needed it. A pair of tongs for the kitchen would be good, though I didn't feel it a biggy enough to ask them about it. Thanks for the stay, Best, Roger."
