"Fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, harbour, reserves and playgrounds. The room was spotless with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was a great size however could do with some more towel hangers."

"From tree tops climbing to ice skating, movie theatre to the gorgeous gardens, everything a family wants is at the property. In the middle of the blue mountains we had a fun and relaxing stay. It is a little outdated compared to a city hotel but this resort is perfect for a rural town. We throughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The overall experience here was great. Good facilities and amenities. The breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. A small gym but functional and pool to use. In the room it was spacious and well presented. Only concern I had was one staff member was a bit rude and brief when dealing with them. All other staff were fantastic and helpful. I would stay again."

"I specially liked the food choices from the restaurant. The meal that I chose was excellent. Cigarette smoke entered the area of the rooms. I did not like the strong smell of cigarete smoke in the bar areas."

"The room was tidy and roomy, after hours check in was simple and easy. The air-conditioning unit could use a real clean and the room was lovely and quiet until heaps of motorbikes met nearby at MCA for a ride on Saturday morning at about 9am. Luckily we had to be up anyway :) - great location and plenty of facilities including laundry and pool. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you."

"Initially I messaged several months prior to the stay with an enquiry just after I booked the place. I never received a response to this enquiry which had a number of important questions. However, I had no option but to proceed with the booking. I did receive the normal message the day before with rules and check in instructions.
