"Overall good experience, would stay here again. The only downsides were how thin the doors are because I heard everyone that walked by including the loud people/drunk people and the other issue was that the shower head is a handheld shower head and I thought that was gross (to me) because that most definitely touched other people and who knows if it gets bleached/cleaned well between each guest. Staff were friendly and I really enjoyed the complimentary hot drink / coffee machine as that can save you some $$$ during your stay/trip. It is located in a busy area with the subway just steps away so you’re able to explore the city at ease. Anyone reading this that is taking an Uber from the airport it was about $40-$50 one way."

"Excellent location half a block from a Peel station and plenty of parking garages close by if you don’t want to do valet. Endless dining options, lots of shopping and museums within walking distance. Other guests were rude and noisy by talking loudly in the hall after midnight but obviously not the hotel’s fault. The temperature control knob in the shower kept falling off which was annoying but we just made do for the weekend. Nice to get two bottles of water each day and we would definitely stay here again."
