Olive beach is a beautiful spacious new-build apartment a stone's throw from the beach, a lovely place to enjoy beautiful Noordwijk.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom , living room with open kitchen and a nice spacious bathroom.
You have a lovely south-facing terrace in front of the flat and private parking with charging point.

Diagonally opposite the apartment, an apartment complex is being built. This is in the final stage of construction. The garden is still being laid out and the street can be busy with cars from contractors working inside the complex.

The charge point is suitable for 3.7 to 22 kW charging and can therefore charge any current car now.
