It was an easy walk from the train station to the hotel. Our room was clean and overlooked the canal. It was a little noisy but nothing extreme so if you're looking for quiet request something in the back. The bed was extremely comfortable after 2 days of exploring Delft and Leiden.

This was our 3rd stay at the Vermeer over 22 years. Our room was spacious and the staff was absolutely tremendous. The room was a bit tired and could use some updating but overall we had a very wonderful stay.

Had a great stay here! We had booked the family room and were put in a huge courtyard room with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom and double sink. Perfect for travelling with a family of 4. We used Delft as our base to explore the Netherlands and loved it. 10 minutes walk to the train station and the town is really pretty with lots of choice for restaurants and shopping.

My family and I really enjoyed spending the time on this hotel. The hotel was a little bit dated, but it's beautiful and the people were really really friendly and accommodating. We would stay again there with no doubts.

The ground floor room was interesting and very spacious and the court yard very nice. However, people could walk into the hotel from the street and while sitting outside we saw various people walking in to have a peek. Our second night there was a party in the hotel and there was quite a lot of noise till almost midnight. When we left, we had to pick up our car from a nearby carpark so wanted to leave the luggage in the hotel to pick up by car. We had to ask them if we could leave in the room as we didn't feel the luggage would have been safe near the entrance, that is open to the public. The location is wonderful, without doubt.
