It's a special place where nature and luxury coexist in perfect harmony.

With easy access to the Noordwijk beach, and nearby cities like Leiden, Amsterdam, and The Hague, this home offers a perfect balance of natural beauty and modern luxury.

A standout feature of this home is the serene pond in the garden, which doubles as a natural swimming pool. Filled with crystal-clear dune water and maintained by an ecological filtration system, it provides an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional pools. The villa itself embraces sustainability, with energy-neutral installations and a design that blends seamlessly into the dunes, including bedrooms built below the dune level to preserve the natural landscape. Ein wunderbares Zuhause in einer waldreichen Umgebung. Wunderschöner Naturschwimmteich mit kleinem Strandbereich. Entspannung pur drinnen und draußen. Tolles WLAN und als Bonus UK-TV und Netflix. Einfach perfekt für einen Familienausflug zum Strand und den Dünen in der Nähe von Zandvoort. Die halbstündige Radtour zum Großen Preis der Niederlande hat uns gut gefallen. Ich kann dieses hochwertige Zuhause wärmstens empfehlen.

perfekter Aufenthalt
Wir waren insgesamt 5 Personen und ein Hund. Perfekte Lage, 8 min mit dem Auto zum Strand. Whirlpool und Sauna haben dem Aufenthalt nochmal ein extra Bonus gegeben! Alles sauber und vor Ort gab es alles was man braucht.

Sehr schönes und weiträumiges Haus. Ideal geeignet für Gruppen und Freundeskreise die gerne zusammen sitzen, spielen und gemeinsam kochen wollen (die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vielleicht könnte man noch einen oder zwei sehr große Kochtöpfe hinzufügen) … jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und gemütlich. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca 15 min (schöner Weg durch Wald und Dünen). Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir haben unseren 70. Geburtstag mit 19 Mitgliedern der Familie gefeiert. Die Enkelkinder waren im Alter von 16 Jahren bis 6 Wochen. Trotzdem war genug Platz für alle da. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Jeder konnte sich auch bei Bedarf drinnen oder draußen zurückziehen . Die Außenanlagen sind super. Auch hier gab es genug Platz und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für alle. Whirlpool, Sauna, Schwimmteich, Sandstrand, Tischtennis, Schaukel… Zum Strand führt ein sehr schöner Weg durch die Dünen.

zeer comfortabel en ruim huis met mogelijkheden voor alle leeftijdsgroepen. heerlijke bedden. beneden in de slaapkamers fijne temperatuur ondanks de hitte buiten. boven was het wat te warm maar een mobiele airco of ventilator zou wonderen kunnen doen. schoon, praktisch, gezellig ingericht en buiten allerlei leuke zitplekken. de zwemvijver met klein strandje werd goed gebruikt! wij hebben genoten met ons gezin van 16 personen.

Familie weekend
De woning was echt prachtig met alles erop en eraan. Er stond een fles bubbels klaar en verse koffie. Elke slaapkamer een eigen mooie badkamer. Buiten een mooie overkapping met sauna en jacuzzi. Alleen konden wij de jacuzzi pas een dag later gebruiken, omdat deze toen pas op temperatuur was. Vrijdagmiddag aankomen en pas zaterdag avond op temperatuur, dat vonden wij niet echt kloppen. En helaas de ligging! Dat vonden wij niet terug in de beschrijving dat deze villa pal aan de weg ligt. En deze weg is best aardig druk. Wij hadden bij de boeking gedacht dat deze villa meer in de duinen zou liggen. Wij vinden wel dat dit bij de beschrijving moet worden vermeld. Nogmaals, villa geweldig, ligging minder. Ook als iemand met een hond komt, het is niet afgesloten. En een huis erachter die zo je tuin in kijkt. Beschrijving moet duidelijker zijn. Maar we hebben ontzettend genoten van het huis zelf!

Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind sehr ansprechend. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die es zu bemängeln gibt. Als da wären: Zuwenig kleine Löffel (Zuckerlöffel) in der Küche Tv Fernbedienungen teils mit leeren Batterien Flackerlicht in einem Badezimmer Das Raumangebot der Badezimmer wird nicht gut genutzt. Es ist wenig Ablagefläche vorhanden. Hier könnten Regale oder nur ein Ablagebrett wertvolle Hilfe leisten.

Wir (13 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 1 Hund) haben die Villa für eine Woche gemietet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Einweisung ebenfalls. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es war perfekt! Die Ausstattung ist sehr ordentlich und geschmackvoll, der Außenbereich ebenfalls topgepflegt. Eine kleine Verbesserung gäbe es noch Für die Bäder Duschvorleger, da der Boden ziemlich glatt wird, wenn man ihn mit nassen Füßen betritt. Ein Hausprospekt mit entsprechenden Hinweisen und Bedienungsanleitungen in englischer Übersetzung wäre hilfreich für nichtniederländische Gäste.

Fantastisch
Geweldig weekend in een fantastisch huis. Check-in en Check-out verliepen ook bijzonder soepel. De afstemming tussen Homeaway en Belvilla moet echt heel veel beter. Zeker in tijden van crisis!
