"We had a great experience staying here. The location is amazing with close proximity to the lake. It is very peaceful and we had a surprisingly awesome star gazing experience from the property itself! The host George is very helpful and approachable. "The unit is compact but has nearly everything required for our week-long stay. The location is great, as was assistance when required from the booking agent. Lighting in the living areas is quite poor and the smoke detector is located right above the cook-top, which made us reluctant to cook any meat in the unit, as we didn't want to risk being charged 1,700 for the fire brigade callout fee. "the owners have done an amazing job with this home. It's got everything you need for a holiday and is walking distance to North Avoca beach. This is a blessing when you have kids! The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning is so good after a hot day in summer.Hope to come back again soon!"

"Communication wias great, place was easy to access, undercover parking, good amount of supplies ie coffee, tea, cereal, milk etc. Bed was comfortable, large ceiling fan and everything you could need was there. Very pleasant experience."
