The apartment is only a 5-minute level stroll along the water to all the lifestyle attractions that The Entrance has to offer including the daily pelican feeding, boat and canoe hire, restaurants, Sunday markets and shops.
The apartment is situated within a resort style complex with access to a sparkling in-ground pool and games room. Secure underground parking for 2 cars is provided. There is lift access to the apartment from both street and car park level.

The apartment can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed (can be split in to 2 king singles) and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 king single beds. There is also a pull-down queen bed in the lounge. There are 2 modern bathrooms (one an en-suite to bedroom 1), both with walk-in showers. The main bathroom also features a free-standing bath.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove top and coffee machine. Dinnerware and glassware for 8 is provided as well as plenty of acrylic ware for use in the spa and on the rooftop.
The large leather modular sofa in the lounge room will seat 6 comfortably with a 55" LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, XBOX One (with some family/G rated games) and Bluetooth speaker. In addition, the apartment has Free Wifi, Disney+, Netflix, Stan, Amazon and other streaming services.
The modern dining room setting comfortably seats 8.
The internal laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The lower level balcony has 3 chairs and a small side table. It provides access via a spiral staircase to the 100sqm north-east facing rooftop terrace that provides expansive water views of the pristine channel and Tuggerah Lake. It’s the perfect place to relax and take in the idyllic sunsets over Tuggerah Lake. It has a 6-person spa, 8 person dining space, lounge, Weber BBQ, chairs and sun lounges.
The apartment has a split system in the lounge/dining/kitchen area, a split system in the master bedroom and quiet ceiling fans in the other bedrooms for your comfort.
With linen and bathroom towels provided the only thing you need to bring is your bathers and a beach towel.
We use a noise monitoring device in the apartment; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We monitor for excessive noise (e.g. continual loud music) between 10:30pm and 7am in the apartment. Boisterous conversation/laughter won’t trigger the monitor.
