"This apartment is located under a house in a quiet street of Mullum. Although no air con, the place stays cool in the shade. The bathroom is modern and the kitchenette is suitable for little snacks etc. The apartment is spacious and has sitting areas as well as the bed but no indoor table to eat at, however the outdoor table area is sweet and is in the shade/shelter the entire day. It is a bit noisy with the owners cars coming and going out of the gravel driveway right next to/in front, but...

"I feel sorry for the owner paying top dollar for a premium holiday house management company.
