Serious revamp needed, last month.....
Need to revamp, very overrun, it is a very beautiful property if run properly, or lat least cleaned and maintained properly. The pool and the pool area is a disaster, looks unhygienic, outdoor public area need a serious paint job, the tropical garden needs an gardener to prune and dead leaves all taken away, there are more mosquitoes than they should be. Could have been with an old world Caribbean charm , but not like this.

Property needs repair, rooms need repair, rooms not clean, management accused me of lying about blood on a towel and accused me of recording them on my phone when I was actually on hold with Expedia desperately trying to swap to new hotel! Horrible.

Queen Gardens have very spacious and clean rooms. The staff showed extreme interest in meeting our needs and making our stay enjoyable. They were very helpful. The food was well prepared and tasty. The only thing I will recommend is that they extend the meal variety. We were able to freely express suggestions to add to the upkeep of the environment which was well received. Thanks to Queen Gardens for helping us to have a great vacation in Saba.

This hotel is in bad shape and all aspects of the property were in disrepair. The front office was disorganized, cluttered, and smelled like smoke. Our room hadn't been redone in years and the furniture was old and outdated. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was bad including a sink that didn't work right. The pool area including the pavers, wood deck, and pool bathrooms need to be redone. Tons of cockroaches at night. BAD

Friendly staff and amazing views. The property hasn't been kept up, however. The bedroom fan was broken so we were brought a floor fan that was also broken. I walked the floor fan back to ask for another and the same broken fan was brought back to my room. There were no screens on the windows, and bats and bugs outside, so the night was hot.... The TV was also broken and not connected to any streaming or cable services (low importance). There was a large rat running around the outdoor dining tables as we were eating. This place is great during the day. Not so great at night. Our 2 night stay turned into a 1 night stay.

A beautiful hotel from the old days in totall decay. Slowly everything becomes green even the pool. No matresses on the poolbeds. Everything desolated. Broken stuff is not repaired and paint vanishes. The room was spacious but the broken toilet flush and noisy airco disturbed our night. We intended to stay 3 nights but run out after 1. Very dissapointing after seeing the misleading webpage and reading stories of the hotel from long ago. The price is a rip off. Don't go there!

The view from te hotel is beautiful and the hotel grounds have an Italian feeling to it. The room we had was very spacious, like a small house but without a kitchen. Down site of the hotel is that it's worn down, furniture is old and our room/ bed was dirty. The hotel had a low occupation while we were there, i think we were the only guests. So the facilities like the bar or restaurant are not open. The hotel is isolated so you need a taxi or car to go anywhere. Taxis won't run to the hotel after 8 pm, making dining out difficult. When we arrived at the hotel they didn't expect us. Since we were travelling all day, we were hungry. There were no dining options at the hotel. The hotel gave us a ride to town to have dinner and said the restaurant was able to arrange a taxi back to the hotel. After dinner we found oufounat taxis don't go all the way to this hotel after 8 pm and it was a hassle to get back. When we went to bed the bed cover and sheets were covered with little black things and the fitting sheet had yellow stains. In the morning we had a modest but nice breakfast. The pool was not clear/ dirty and there were no towels or cushions on beds or seats. The bar and restaurant were closed and the hotel staff was out, as they were at night. Taxis are hard to get at this isolated area. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel is not clean and in bad condition. We left after the first night to a different hotel. The online pictures of the rooms don't match reality

Friendly staff, nice view on the see and the mountains. Great food and drinks on this friendly island where you feel home already. No need for A/C as you can sleep with windows wide open, as mosquitoes are naturally controlled on the island.
