"This was such a fun and perfect place to stay. While I thought it may be small given it is a cottage, there was more than enough room for a couple. The place was decorated with true Bahamian beach style, which was so fun - every detail was perfect, and the location was great as well! Would love to come back"

"We have stayed at Palmetto Cottage 2 years in a row. It is a beautiful property in a fabulous location. It is homey, has central AC, if needed, and lots of kitchen goods for cooking meals. Both the inside living space and the porch were great for sitting and relaxing. The sandbar and beach are stunning. "

"The view is spectacular and the waves were beautiful. The cottage was very cozy, has fans and AC (which we barely used) and hammock was a favourite with our kids. Very quick drive to Gregory Town to Unka Gene's restaurant and convenience stores. Loved it!"

"This property is a small gem! Cozy for 2 people with everything you need. We like to cook our meals and found no problems there. The area is quiet and your private beach is extremely private and beautiful. With shallow white sandy beach, better than the pictures!One must in a vacation is having a good night sleep, and the bed and pillows in the cottage are absolutely wonderful!It is a bit away from the center of Spanish wells where stores and restaurants are, but having the golf cart included...

"We loved our 9 days here! Views were amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. We made good use of the kayaks, the kitchen, and the pool. The sandbar was right down the street (an easy kayak away) and the golf cart made getting into town easy and fun. Beautiful area, loved the seclusion. Highly recommend!"

"We loved this house and the location. You are walking distance to amazing beaches and the house provided a lot of needed items. Having the golf cart with the house was top notch, much needed for getting around. The prices on food items are high, so if you’re budgeting, keep that in mind.the house had plenty of towels and beach towels to use which was nice so you don’t have to pack them. "Fantastic! A great location and a perfect place to unwind and relax. The wonderful view was enjoyable from both inside and out on the deck. Our host was super helpful and responsive. The kitchen and cottage in general were very well equipped, well maintained and, up to date. We walked to the Sand Bar for delicious food and cocktails, everything else was a short golf cart ride away. Highly recommended. "

"Fully equipped great little cottage. 2 very nice bedrooms and baths with space and privacy for more. Located in the historic harbor with a great porch to watch the world go by. Due to an airline issue we needed 3 extra nights at the very last minute and we were graciously accommodated. This was a great space for us and highly recommend Harbor House."

"The house is one of the newer on the island. It is located on RUSSELL island , across from the wonderful Sandbar. I would not say there is direct access to a beach. But you can easily hang out at the Sandbar beach, which is super popular destination for boaters to pull up, calm water, great food and drink. Easy golf cart to spanish and we ended up thinking we had the best house out of the 3 we had between friends. Soooo many amenities. They have everything you need for the beach and traveling...
