Rivergrass 224 is the dog-friendly mountain condo you and your friends or family need to truly enjoy an unforgettable Canadian getaway! It's been tastefully decorated and features everything you may need to take delight in a carefree vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pond and the Monterra Golf Course from your very own private and furnished balcony. You and your friends will love to unwind in the spacious and comfortable living area conveniently equipped with a TV and a gas fireplace.
If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort! If you're a golfer, the Monterra Golf Course is only a quarter-mile east (there are four other courses within a 12-mile drive as well). Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also wonderful for hiking, rock climbing, and swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north).

The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change.
This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
