"It is pretty far out and the cabin we got was right across from an old travel trailer. Not great surroundings like I thought and had quite an odor. All in all though it was a good deal for the price and a safe place to stay. You just have to drive a bit to get to anything. "

"My teenage daughter and I stayed here as a halfway point to visit the University of Texas San Antonio. The hotel is near several others that are similar and off a frontage road. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was just fine. The only gripe is that the elevator is sort of down a hallway about 10 feet deep and it's very hard to get luggage in and out. My daughter who is a luggage champ found herself griping. It certainly was not a deal breaker and we'd stay again no problem."

"We checked in early at 2pm. Staff was nice and allowed us into our room. I had requested north side but they gave me southside and were unable to swap me room. They said they were "sold out". Our room was clean for the most part. Bed linens looked fresh however wife found something on the cover and front desk was more than happy to replace cover. "This is an older hotel, so there are things like peeling paint, etc., but it is clean, comfortable and maintained overall. The room has a refrigerator but no microwave. It is convenient and close to everything. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep and shower, you can’t go wrong."
