"Excellent hotel if you are landing late or leaving early - just five minutes from the airport but we didn’t hear any planes. There isn’t a lot within walking distance but that isn’t why you would stay here. Excellent food, breakfast buffet was excellent and the large pool was a bonus"

"We picked this hotel because of their excellent Travel Desk services. From the very first Manjusha was very responsive and helped us with our travel bookings. We made a last minute decision to go to Kochi and were looking for someone local to help with travel arrangements. "Perched halfway up a mountain the hotel has amazing views over the tea plantations, forested hills and mountains reaching into the horizon. The lobby has a wow factor huge panoramic viewing balcony for the must have arrival photos. "The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing. I have a severe nut allergy, so traveling to India is a bit nerve-wracking. Unfortunately, on the first morning, I had a reaction at the hotel breakfast. The staff sprang into action and got us transportation to the hospital. The F&B manager even came to the hospital to check on me. Luckily the reaction wasn't so severe, but the way the staff handled it was very impressive. Big thanks to Abel and the Port Muziris staff."

"Poor lighting around tents. Pretty distant from sanctuary. Otherwise , great place to be in for a short holiday. Riverside view good. Didn’t get to see much birds in the camp. Food options limited. No in house restaurant. Courteous staff. "
