Anh, or Ricardo, was very helpful and super knowledgable when we booked a day tour with him. Duy, helped us organise a shuttle from Ha Long Bay for our arrival and then to Ha Noi aiport when we checked out and at very reasonable prices. I couldn't find a Grab cheaper than their rates. "Beautiful hotel with a nice view and pool. The couples massage we had at the spa was excellent! Highly recommend getting one, they have magic hands. Reception is quick to respond to any of your needs. Breakfast is ok, omelets were good but coffee could be better. They had many other options, just none of them suited us."

"What an exceptional setting. The beauty of the surroundings certainly made our stay. Loved the outdoor bathroom set into the cliff face. Staff efficient, friendly and met all our needs. Breakfast was enormous and so much variety. Recommend staying here."

The rooms were spacious and the bedding was clean and warm. Check in was quick and easy. We were asked what we wanted to eat for breakfast, Vietnamese or Western breakfast. "this place was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable. we were there for the soft opening so we felt lucky to sort of have the place to ourselves while they were still doing finishing touches. the property is gorgeous and it’s close to the little town where everything is. they have a free shuttle to the town or nice bicycles you can rent. the rooms were so nice and brand new!
