"We had the most amazing time during our stay! We arrived early from Hanoi by taxi, before check-in time, and were prepared to wander around town until our room was ready. However, they quickly accommodated us and got us settled into our excellent room. The bed was incredibly cozy, with luxurious sheets and a duvet. The bathroom and the room were spotlessly clean. My wife and I felt like royalty with the exceptional treatment we received throughout our stay. The next morning, we woke up to a delicious breakfast that we had pre-selected from the menu the night before. I tried Pho on the first day and "Bun Cha" the next morning, a delightful noodle and pork dish. I ended up having the same dish for breakfast every day because it was so tasty. Everything was perfect, without a single flaw. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road leading into town. We rented a scooter from them for just $5 a day and explored the area. The town is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the famous boat ride where they row with their feet. Surprisingly, our favorite activity turned out to be the motorbike rides. We marveled at the stunning mountains and rode through the picturesque rice fields, witnessing breathtaking beauty. I could go on and on, but let me tell you this - staying here might just be the highlight of your trip. The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful, as is the lady who takes care of cleaning and cooking. We are truly grateful for our stay there! "

"American tourist review here: I had the most pleasant of experiences at Muong Village. This was the first time for me visiting Vietnam and visiting this area for the Trang An tours and I am 100% glad we stayed at Muong Village. Service was 5/5 stars, room was 5/5 stars, the view and ambiance was 5/5 stars, and the staff was the highest rating I could give if possible. We arrived early to the property via Limo Bus from Hanoi and the girl at the front desk let us store our bags and rent a motorbike straight from the property. We went to the Trang An tours and came back and she checked us in and gave us plenty of times and restaurants to go around. After checking in, we were led to the room by the lovely staff and they broke down the room and all the ammenities. We had a mishap where we had a huge spider in our room (LOL) and neither of us wanted to deal with it. We went to the front desk to explain how much sissies we were and they laughed and came to help us move the spider back outside no problem. Thank you for saving my life. I almost died from that spider. Checking out couldn't have been easier and we had a great breakfast that was included that had american style breakfast and PHO! PHO WAS BANGER- I had two plates. I will gladly come here again on my next visit to Ninh Binh. "

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "

"Wonderful property. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful room. Fabulous staff. A bit isolated, however. You’ll need to drive, or be driven, about 15 minutes into town if you want to walk around for shopping, food or drinks. Just head toward the Bich Dong Pagoda and you’ll find the town. "
