Not only was the property and gardens beautiful, the owner was friendly, fun and good company. She provided us with a superb breakfast which kept us going for the rest of the day! Being an old cottage, the stairs to the bedrooms may be an issue if you have mobility problems but that is the only reason not to...

"The Oxford studios was very cute and modern. It felt clean. There were some dishes that weren’t washed and instant coffee sachets that we open and not removed. Other than that very nice. Straight forward to enter the property. Communication with hosts was timely and efficient ."

"Great location for teaching at Reading University or Royal Berkshire Hospital. Flat was really spacious with all amenities that you would require. Bed was really comfy and fans provided as it was hot. It was quite noisy being on the ground floor flat, you could hear people on the stairs and when the front door shut."
