"Súper location close to Colombo Fort train Station. I arrive at 1 am and the staff was waiting for me. The building seemed to be new and the entrance and inside decor is so nice that I was not sure if I was in the right pleca. The room has 4 bed, very comfortable mattress and cool A.C. So far I am very impressed. I don’t know the name of the man in charge of the night shift, but he was very attentive and gave a tour of the place and answer all my questions about the location. 7 stars 👌👌👏👏😊"

"I showed up and they told me I hadn’t booked. I showed them my hotels.com confirmation email and receipt. They said they never received the payment even though I had the receipt. They then made me pay for a full room which ended up costing more than what the room I booked online was. I also had bed bugs bite my legs during the stay. "

"The hostel is in a great location, close to the train station and lots of great places to eat nearby. But that's the only strong point. Everything else is average at best. The place needs renovation, WiFi doesn't work, cleaning in the shared bathrooms could be improved. But the location is great. So if you are looking for 1 night near the station - this would do."

"On a adoré notre séjour à Anam Hôtel ! On y a passé 10 jours. On a pu se reposer. L’hôtel se situe à quelques mètres de la plage, où on peut y voir des magnifiques coucher de soleil le soir. Le personnel de l’hôtel est juste super super gentil. Il y a une cuisine que l’on peut utiliser, mais aussi une machine à laver dont on peut se servir. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez rien."

"I booked Olu Based on the reasonable price and great reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. The family were wonderfully friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, the 2 family dogs are a lovely touch for animal lovers and the villa is clean and quiet with great WiFi. Great hot water in the showers and a wonderful Sri Lankan breakfast is available on request. Would definitely stay again when back in Colombo."

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"We really enjoyed our stay at villa Ad Astra,the staff were kind and thoughtful making us feel at home. Our hosts were helpful when booking the villa answering any queries and the villa is set in beautiful grounds near the beach.We would definitely recommend staying here."

Great hotel for a short stay in Colombo!

"Beautiful hotel, great service, very friendly staff! The pool was amazing and with a beautiful view. Hotel is fairly new so everything is still in great condition, hopefully it stays that way for years to come! Highly recommend this hotel! "

Great Stay at Mandarina Colombo

"We had a very comfortable stay at Mandarina Colombo! The team made the check-in process seamless and were very helpful throughout our visit, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was amazing at the top floor restaurant. The hotel itself is lovely, with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, as it’s located on a busy main street, be aware that the vehicle noise at night could be a bit of an inconvenience for light sleepers. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo!"
