"The property was clean the staff was professional and friendly the only thing we had an issue with was the thermostat in the room was not working the staff accommodated us with extra blankets and handled the situation promptly the free breakfast was very good."

The locals were very helpful in suggesting places to dine and seeThe staff at the WinStar Casino were very nice. The concert venue at WinStar World Events Center are fantastic due to acoustics and seating . Plenty to do pre/post concert.

We Love the Winstar Casino & have stayed in over 8 Hotels in Gainesville & at the Inn & Best Western in Thackerville.when I talked to the Hotel Manager she said all She could do is a very small Discount on Our next stay.Not Fair!!!
