"The property is in a very central location in Vientiane and there is a very nice small but pleasant swimming pool right in the front entrance area, which is something I enjoyed very much. It’s my second time staying here and I will definitely come back because the price is right, and the people are very friendly and helpful. "

"It was so bad that I went to other hotel even I had already paid. Staff unfriendly and not organized, room small, dirty, smelly with broken TV, wifi on and off, no fridge in entire guesthouse, noisy and broken mattress. Lost money but I could not bear that horror."

"Very nice location down a quiet lane and next door to a temple. Good security with a digital numeric lock on front door for after hours. Room was clean and spacious, altho not really dark at night due to outdoor lighting. Would stay again."

"It was a very nice place, i had a welcome message on a chalkboard and they offer free bicycles to get around the area. Close to a lot of sights and a short walk to the river and night markets. A good place to stay."

"Having travelled for a few weeks and staying in all sorts of accommodation, it was luxury to stay at the Crown Plaza. From the helpful smiling staff to the cleanlimess, choice of food options, swimming pool and quality bedding towels etc I did not want to leave. They even put petals on our bed and presented us with beautiful cakes for our wedding anniversary. I can highly recommend a stay at CP? You wont be disappointed. "
