"Nice accomodation facing the river. The furnishing is dated but the bedding pillows are decent. As the room faces the river, the other side of the river has live band so it is not suitable for people who are light sleepers (do bring ear plugs). Staff are friendly and the place is clean."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel adorned with antique toy memorabilia. The restaurant offers a fantastic setting on the canal that’s full of wildlife. The property itself is surrounded by coconut farms. It’s a short drive to several floating markets, the train market and temples. The pool is quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Room is run down. Has not been updated for at least 30 years western breakfast was stale bread. Thai food not much better. The bar at the pool has not been used for decades. "

Staff was very pleasant & helpfull especially chot as because i got there very early he was managing the front desk reception but took time out to get my room made up 1st after previous occupants left 12.00 midday. Food in the Devonport cafe was good. Brilliant vibe that also has entertainment on some evenings. Convenience to main street where there a few pubs, but even better if you...
