"we made the trip from silverthorne, Colorado to clovis and we had to contact the hotel since we were not going to make it by 1 am. The girl who answered the phone put us on hold for 20 minutes. We called back and she said the same thing again"thank you for calling. Can i put you on a brief hold? " we said no, and we told her we had already been holding. We then told her the reason for our call. We wouldn't make it by 1 am which was the time they specified on the reservation. She said she would pass along the message. We got to the hotel and our room had been given to someone else but chloe ,(i think that was her name), she was a god send and helped us with no delay. Breakfast was OK, not much of a selection. The hotel was newer and i enjoyed the room layout. Great beds. Overall great stay, but breakfast should have more selection and refills should be prompt. Several people circled several times and there was not enough food"
