"I will put out the extra money for a better hotel next trip out. There was no carpet on the floor so you couldn't take your socks and shoes off. The heater did work in the room but the floor was ice cold. The furniture was very uncomfortable, just a small table with a wooden chair. The bed was rock hard along with very stiff pillows(shame on me for forgetting my own from home). I had worked all day and did not get any comfort from this room and had to work and then travel the next day.......was...

"Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block."

"We checked in to 3 rooms and none of them had hot water! It was out in the whole building "
