Welcome to the **Villa Sunset Moraira** - a modern, cozy villa in classic Spanish style, freshly renovated and furnished to a high standard. On approx. 106 m², you can expect fantastic facilities with a spacious outdoor area facing south, your own pool, outdoor kitchen and grill. Up to 8 people will find the perfect place for a relaxing holiday here.

The villa offers two free parking spaces and is just a few minutes' walk from restaurants. In just 4 minutes' drive you can reach the beautiful beaches and the picturesque old town of Moraira - the ideal starting point for exploring the Costa Blanca.

When you arrive, Fabian or one of his employees will hand over the keys and will be at your disposal at any time during your stay. Enjoy the well-kept outdoor area with lemon, olive and tangerine trees and the wonderful view of the greenery. The approx. 35 m² pool invites you to swim and relax.

The stylishly furnished villa leaves nothing to be desired: air conditioning, fan and heating in every bedroom, bed linen, towels and a modern kitchen are available. The fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and stove makes cooking a pleasure. A large dining room table seats up to 8 people and when the weather is nice you can enjoy meals on the terrace.

In the living room, a 50-inch HD smart TV with streaming apps provides entertainment, while high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

You will sleep in three cozy bedrooms, each with modern box-spring beds:
- One bedroom with a 1.80 m wide king-size double bed,
- Another with a 1.60 m wide queen-size double bed,
- And a third with two 0.90 m wide single beds that can also be used as a double bed.

There is also a cozy, pull-out couch in the living room for two more people (1.40 m wide).

In the morning, you can enjoy a coffee from the Nespresso machine and start the day on the veranda with a wonderful view. Two modern bathrooms offer everything you need for your comfort.

Use the villa as the perfect starting point for unforgettable experiences on the Costa Blanca. You will find delicious restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby.
