VILLA SERENA, holiday villa situated in the residential area of the town of Moraira, with beautiful sea views, close to numerous beaches and coves.

The villa is situated on 1000 m2 of enclosed land in a very residential area of the town of Moraira (a town known to be very nice to visit and see).

There are plenty of places for everyone to enjoy their holidays:
- A swimming pool in a large, sunny and relaxing area.
- An area for breakfast and/or lunch and/or dinner with the possibility of using a barbecue; in this area you will have almost 150 m2 to enjoy the pool and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. For dinner, you can take advantage of the complete lighting of the whole area (exterior lights in the villa, additional spotlights in the whole area surrounding the swimming pool).

Overall the property was very tired and desperate for an upgrade. Not really like the advertisement pictures at all and a little far out as we had no car.We had a worrying incident with a faulty hob and dangerois gas leak on arival and had to make an emergency call....Ll in all we think we should have had a refund as a good will gesture.
