It is set in its own grounds of over 3 acres of very private hillside looking down on to a grape vine valley and is reached via a single tarmac road and a double gated private drive. The villa rests between Moraira and Teulada and is just a short 10 minute drive from Moraira’s main beach and town. If you are looking for peace and total tranquility and still want to be within minutes of the best resort in the Costa Blanca, this finca will tick every box.

Fabulous Villa for a holiday with Friends
This villa was perfect for our needs. Fantastically appointed, in a location that is a drive from Moraira but it’s no issue when you get used to it. Also handy for getting to other local towns. Loads of space and well appointed for the 11 of us on our visit.

Magnifique villa
Magnifique villa bien équipée. Isolée des voisins mais en même temps accès rapide aux commodités (10mn en voiture) et plage à 15mn. Très belle piscine et jacuzzi Top. Les chambres sont confortables (literies et armoires) et surtout les 2 suites parentales. Seul bémol il manque un vrai terrain de pétanque.
