Spectacular penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the center of Moraira, with fantastic see views. The apartment has around 140 m2, a room with double bed, bath inside the main room and direct exit to the terrace. The second room has two single beds and exit to another terrace. Bath with shower in the hallway also it has washing machine and dryer. A fully equipped closed kitchen with dishwasher. Large living room, sofa bed with double bed, flat TV, WiFi and direct exit to the fantastic terrace. A Terrace with 50 m2 with sea views, from where you can appreciate the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, which delights us the Mediterranean. You will be 150 meter from la playa L'Ampolla, sandy beach and within the urban area where you will enjoy shoping and all services.

What a location
Great property, clean tidy ready to move in. Location is the great thing about this property. Great outside space over looking the beach. In centre of Moraira everywhere within a few minute walk. Got a garage so no parking issues . If I was being over critical the apartment is looking a bit tired but I would still stay here again.

Great location
This penthouse apartment is in a great location for visiting Moraira. Right in the middle of the town near to many bars and restaurants and 2 minutes from the seafront. The apartment is a good size and has an excellent terrace with superb views. The only thing I can mark down is that the bathrooms are in need of some work - but other than this highly recommended. Easy car parking in the basement too.

Fantastisch appartement met geweldig uitzicht
Het appartement en het grote terras met geweldig uitzicht was fantastisch. Precies zoals het stond omschreven. Wij verbleven er 2 maanden en hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad evenals ons hondje. De enige minpuntjes waren dat er werklui soms op ons terras waren vanwege gevelwerkzaamheden gedurende onze vakantie. De badkamer met bad had een erge rioollucht. En we hadden een lage waterdruk dat je voornamelijk met douche merkte (zachte waterstraal) maar op het eind van onze vakantie begaf het koude water het en toen de monteur kwam, bleken zowel de kranen als de filters vervuild te zijn. Vanwege de feestdagen kon de monteur het ook niet gelijk verhelpen dus moesten we ons even behelpen. De problemen met het water waren precies op de feestdagen maar de medewerkers van Book in DĂ©nia reageerden gelijk. Top! Wij hebben het geweldig naar onze zin gehad en raden iedereen dit appartement aan 👍. Ron & Karin

Het is een mooi appartement met een geweldige ligging.
Mooi, alles aanwezig, ook airco, maar badmeubels aangetast en de terrastegels niet erg schoon. Verfwerk kan beter. Mooie vloeren, maar hier en daar zijn er in huis en op terras slijtages te zien. Douchedeuren en afvoer matig. Een terrasstoel was kapot. Verder helemaal oke, zeker gezien de prijs.

Toller Ausblick
Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat seinen eigenen Balkon; eines davon mit fantastischem Meerblick und eins mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang in den Bergen. Sehr praktisch war auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Einen Minuspunkt mĂŒssen wir dennoch vergeben da die beiden BĂ€der renoviert werden sollten.
