"We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. The house is an easy enough walk into town, although if you're with small children you'll probably want a buggy ... at least for the homeward leg which is mostly uphill! We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future. Mike"

"Have been to this area many times over the years with the family initially staying at one of the many villas available for rent. the hotel is well positioned in the town , parking not great for free but just a short walk from the hotel."

"The property was one of the best equipped holiday homes I've stayed in and if it wasn't there Maria was on hand to provide whatever might be missing (we didn't need anything). The owners live next door but are not at all intrusive. The villa was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable (I slept better than I do at home). The villa is about 15 mins walk from the town and beach where a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops can be found. All in all this was a great find and I would highly recommend booking it."

"View was amazing from the balcony overlooking the marina. Restaurants, shops easily walkable right in the heart of Moraira. The owner was easily contactable if needed and welcomed us on arrival. Would definitely recommend. "
