"I can't say enough about how amazing Valentina is. During our trip from Lucca to Spoleto the day of check-in, our car ran into mechanical problems which delayed us by several hours. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
