"My family came into town for the Statesville Hot Air Balloon Festival. We had a great weekend staying on Lake Norman in this quaint home. We cherished the quiet and seclusion while still being close to town. We used the kayaks and fished off the dock. Clean and comfortable! Jamie was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Only wish it could’ve lasted longer. "

"This has been one of the best getaway trips we have been on. Our son wanted to celebrate his 13th birthday in a special way by going on a fishing trip, so we searched for a place right on the lake. We came across this place, and it was the absolute best decision! We all have loved it so much, and we are going to start a new tradition by booking this place around this time yearly. "We had a wonderful time at this property, which was immaculately clean lovingly maintained and in a great location, a quiet and spacious property near a working farmette. There was so much charm and character that you cannot help but immediately feel at home when you walked in the door. It had a beautifully appointed and spacious front porch that was really just a great place to hang out and enjoy some peaceful vibes. The hot tub was not clean when we arrived but the owner was very responsive and it was cleaned for the next day. The hot tub service company was very nice to deal with. I'd stay here again"

"Everything went well on the trip. Very cozy home and well stocked! The overall cleanliness and stay was a 4 because 1. Grass was over grown. 2. Patio door did not lock, was hard to feel safe but they did have a piece of wood to secure it. 3. Going down to the dock the railing on the right is very loose and unsafe. Would we go back?! Absolutely!!!! Very peaceful "
