Tourist Location: The house is located in the heart of the town and moving just a few meters on foot you can shop in the many shops in the center, you can spend evenings of fun and relaxation among the countless places that characterize the famous nightlife night of Terrasini.
Furthermore, walking a few meters you will reach Praiola beach and, with a few more steps, also to Magaggiari beach and the various rocky coves of Terrasini.
In the evening, the town's summer program offers various theatrical, musical and cabaret shows which are presented at the amphitheater of the "Villa a mare" located about 200 meters from the house.
In the area it is possible to make excursions to the pristine places on the coast between San Vito Lo Capo and Mondello, such as the Zingaro nature reserve, the Egadi islands (Favignana, Levanzo, Marettimo), Erice, Ustica or Palermo with its immense historic center, the its architectural heritage and its Arab-Norman monuments and Monreale with its famous cathedral and its famous mosaics.
The house is composed of:
- 2 double bedrooms each with window, air conditioning and TV;
- bright air-conditioned eat-in kitchen with TV, table for four people, stove, microwave, large electric oven, small electric oven and fridge with freezer;
- Bathroom with window, equipped with hairdryer, shower box and washing machine;
- Foldable clothesline, iron and ironing board.
- The windows are made of thermal break aluminum with sound-absorbing double glazing and a click clack mosquito net;

Tips and activities
- Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the Terrasini promenade or from the Magaggiari beach or from Capo Rama;
- Walk and breathe the pure air of Piano Margi right above Cinisi where you can enjoy the refreshment offered by the altitude and vegetation by eating excellent sandwiches at the kiosk "Al Ritrovo di Piano Margi" located right in the square of Piano Margi;
- Take a bike ride to the WWF Eastern Natural Reserve of Capo Rama, a fantastic oasis of peace and serenity with its suggestive Saracen tower (the westernmost of the 11 towers controlled by the Senate of the City of Palermo), with its beautiful cliff pure and uncontaminated, scenarios capable of representing a unique experience to enjoy splendid landscapes and breathtaking panoramas;
- Take a horse ride to the "Capo Rama Ranch" just before reaching the WWF Eastern Natural Reserve of Capo Rama;
- Taste the sweets of the Palazzolo pastry shop in Cinisi but also the many pastry shops in Terrasini;
- Eat the croissants made as in the past at the "Cucinella" biscuit factory in the Cinisi mill area;
- Eat a tasty first course of good fish at the local "Sirenetta" very nice and characteristic of the little square, located just before the small port of Terrasini;
- Make yourself a suggestive and unforgettable aperitif at the I-Club almost overhanging the sea on the promenade of Terrasini above the coast called Cala Rossa thanks to the varied reddish colors alternating with the white that take on the imposing 30-meter high coasts;
- Go to the disco at the I-Club or the Sea-Club, both by the sea, or go for a drink after dinner in the Magaggiari beach clubs;
- Discover in Terrasini the splendor of the Sicilian carts kept in the Regional Museum of Palazzo D'Aumale in Art Nouveau style, home to the Civic Museum since 1984. It is divided into three sections, ethnographic, naturalistic and archaeological, preserving several finds returned from the sea and from wrecked wrecks;
