La villa se compose de 3 étages dont 2 suites (chambre + salle de bain), 3 chambres, 2 toilettes, 4 salles de bain, un grand balcon avec terrasse extérieure, un séjour avec billard, internet sans fil, TV satellite, piscine, court de tennis, système de son intérieur et extérieur et un grand jardin avec pelouse d'environ 2800m2. Une salle de jeux avec billard, baby-foot, bar et salon en plein air complète ce bien. Un système d'alarme protège la maison. Situé sur Rio Caldo, belle vue sur le paysage naturel de montagne, à proximité de la marina et de la plage fluviale, à proximité du sanctuaire de São Bento, des Termas do Gerês, des Termas de Caldelas, près de Nossa Senhora da Abadia (temple de Mariano du plus ancien du Portugal), dans le parc naturel de Peneda Gerês, très calme.
