"We are so glad we found this gem. Beautiful medieval residence in a historically rich environment! Carlo was an exceptional host, attentive to every detail. We had a wonderful breakfast prepared by him the next morning. If we are in Italy again we will definitely stay here. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer."

"The directions to the place were very informative and I would not have found it without the video. I found the staircase inside the property to be a little precarious. It had sharp turns and no handrails. It feels like it was not yet finished being constructed. There is a kitchen and there were coffee and burners but no cups larger than espresso cups and no pans. "The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer. "
