"This house is great. Located mid-island, it is convenient for travel all over the island. Shopping is nearby and some of the best restaurants are easy to reach. We strongly recommend Magma (just about 1 mile from house), Cinco (located in Madalena) and Mar Sushi Terrace (located in Lajes). All of these restaurants are really good, and priced properly. Service is exceptional. We stayed in this house for 14 days and really enjoyed the surroundings and the noise of the ocean crashing into the rocks. "

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The property is very unique and picturesque. The small cottages with a couple rooms each are very quiet. The grounds are very old and beautiful. They are cobble stone and so not ideal if you have mobility issues. Food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent and breakfast had a good variety. "

"It was the most pleasant experience. I don’t understand how this property is not a 4 star hotel. The room was huge and very stylish, I think every room has views. The location is perfect and the staff is extremely friendly."
