Country Roads offers a gorgeous view of the lake and is within walking distance so it's just a hop, skip and a jump to go play in the water! Main floor living area has seating around a wood burning fireplace where you can spend time with friends and family making so many memories. The kitchen offers all essential items needed as well as a wine fridge (or juice fridge for easy reach for the kiddos). The two bedrooms are on the main floor. Bedroom #1 to the right has a queen and twin bed. Bedroom #2 the master bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom. Upstairs in the loft area there are two twin trundle beds and it's own bathroom.
Walking outside onto the deck you will find ample seating around a Solo fire pit for those evenings when you just want to relax by a fire or mornings to watch the sunrise over the lake while you drink your coffee. Also offered is a charcoal grill and table for outdoor dining. This homeowner also owns the lot across the road where you can build a fire in the fire pit, roast hotdogs and marshmallows while the kids run off the extra energy before bed.
While staying at Country Roads you will have access to the amenities offered at the resort such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant. Want to be outside in nature? Alpine has you covered with hiking and biking trails, a stocked lake for fishing, a beach area, kayaks and canoes, basketball court, 18-hole golf course, mini golf course, and more. This home is located minutes away from several state parks, cross country ski trails, and is within close proximity to the Wisp Resort and Canaan Valley area. Enjoy all the activities that this area has to offer including whitewater rafting and downhill skiing. You won't want to miss the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park or the beauty of the Cranesville Swamp. The town of Oakland is located within 10 minutes and features several restaurants and a quaint downtown shopping area.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver’s License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash clothes, towels and dishes. All other supplies including dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guest will need to supply their own during the entire stay.
