"Was a bit confusing getting to the location at first but we found our way. The size was perfect for our stay. Didn’t need anything big. The floor boards between the rooms was noisy so it was hard getting to the restroom quietly and not waking anyone. It was quiet, except when students came but that was when we were about to leave for the day. Shower was spacious and clean and hot. We really appreciated the tea and breakfast option. "

"Spent 3 nights on the back end of our Ireland trip and had a great stay. Kids loved eating breakfast with sheep in the field all around! Lovely small farm with all the amenities a family would need and very close to town with great shops. Fantastic hosts and gift basket of breakfast items was a nice surprise!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The owners were very pleasant and we enjoyed our chats. We stayed here as a base for exploring a bit of Ireland. We were able to quickly get to Dublin and also explored Kilkinney and Wexham. The town of Ashbourne is very close and has great restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay and explore Ireland."
